Ingredients:
Demerara sugar  : – 300 gms
Butter  : – 150 gms
Golden syrup  : – 250 gms
Bread  : – 12 round shape
Milk   : – 50 ml
Method of preparation:

  1. Place sugar, syrup and butter in frying pan and boil till it is golden brown.
  2. Put the squares of bread into milk and put in pan then allow them to get really hot.
  3. Now pile them on a hot dish and serve with whipped cream.
